Orders and contract conclusion

An order is deemed to have been accepted after confirmation by us (e.g. by email/phone or by changing its status). We reserve the right to refuse an order for objective reasons (e.g. unavailability, technical error, non-delivery, previous uncollected shipments by the customer).

Prices and payment

Prices are listed on the website unless otherwise stated. Possible methods of payment (e.g. cash on delivery or bank transfer) are indicated when finalising the order and are subject to change.

Delivery

Delivery shall be by courier or other agreed means. We usually send parcels within 3 working days after order confirmation, subject to availability of the products. Times are approximate and subject to availability and logistical factors. The customer undertakes to provide correct delivery details and to assist in receiving the shipment.

Cancellation and return

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within the time and under the conditions provided for in the applicable distance selling legislation. Return of products sold by weight

For products sold by weight, the amount of the refund shall be determined on the basis of the actual weight and quality of the product at the time of return. We reserve the right to refuse a full refund where the quality of the returned goods is found to be poor, or to make a partial refund in proportion to the quantity and quality accepted.

Uncollected shipments and costs

In the event of non-receipt/non-claim of a shipment by the customer (including refusal of receipt without good reason after a confirmed order), the customer shall be liable for the costs incurred by the trader for delivery and/or return of the shipment, as well as additional costs objectively incurred in connection with the execution of the order. In the event of non-performance, the trader shall be entitled to seek recovery of the sums due by legal proceedings.

Prohibition of automated data collection (scraping)

You may not automatically collect, extract, copy or reuse any content from this website (including text, images, prices, product information) by software, robots, scripts or other automated means without prior written permission. Violators are legally liable and may be prosecuted.
